ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location: China
Contract: Approximately 3months
Salary: RMB 30,000/month (approx. £3,350) + commission

We are looking for an Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in China on a short-term contract.

The role mainly involves communicating with UK customers through online chat and messaging platforms. We are looking for someone with fluent, natural English and a good understanding of British communication styles and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with UK customers online

* Respond to customer enquiries professionally

* Provide information about products and services

* Assist with general customer issues

* Follow up with customers when required

* Maintain a high standard of customer service

Requirements

* Fluent or native-level English

* Strong understanding of British English and UK communication styles

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Friendly, patient and responsible

* Comfortable using online messaging platforms

* Able to live and work in China for approximately 3 months

* Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not essential
