Corporate Receptionist

West London near Paddington Station

£18.00 per hour, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Immediate start, up to 2 month duration

We are a well established, corporate organisation operating in the Healthcare sector.

Due to an internal promotion, we now require a temporary Receptionist to provide cover for a period of up to two months whilst we recruit a full-time permanent replacement.

There is the potential for the successful candidate for this temp role to be converted into the permanent role.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist with previous experience gained within a large scale environment who will be the first point of contact for visitors entering our offices.

As our Receptionist, you will manage the booking of meeting rooms, taking and diverting calls, dealing with catering orders, handling the ticketing system and assisting our Facilities Manager.

We welcome applications from experienced corporate receptionists with a background in carrying out similar duties and responsibilities
