We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Rugby on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.
Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively, using data to inform future planning.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and attendance.
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, school events and extracurricular opportunities.
Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, teaching assistants and senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
The ability to motivate, engage and inspire young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting the welfare of children.
A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to school life.
