Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged students with diverse and complex special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students across a range of curriculum subjects.
Encourage independence and confidence.
Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support.
Work closely with teaching staff and families.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
Experience working with young people is desirable.
Adaptable and resilient approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
