Protocol Education is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a welcoming and inclusive SEN school.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism.
Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
Implement individual education and behaviour support plans.
Create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents.
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN or autism.
Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
