The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Pioneer House SEN School in Manchester, a specialist setting dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher who is passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences and helping every child achieve their full potential.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support pupils with EHCPs and a variety of additional needs
Foster a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider support teams
Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience working with SEN pupils in a school or specialist setting
Strong behaviour management and classroom skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
A patient, resilient and nurturing approach

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
