Maintenance Electrician

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to begin work for a well-established company in the Essex / East London area.

About the role:

Working Hours - On site for 08:00, generally finishing around 15:30

*

Pay Rate - £22.00 per hour CIS / Self-Employed

*

Permanent Salary - £45,000 PAYE

*

Brief Role Description - Carrying out electrical maintenance within social housing properties, ranging from full rewires through to reactive repairs, void works, kitchen works and general day-to-day electrical maintenance

*

Company van and fuel card provided

*

Testing & Inspection experience preferred but not essential

*

Work mainly across Essex and East London, with occasional North London work

*

Temp-to-perm opportunity

*

Long-term work for the right candidate

*

Start: ASAP

About You:

High work ethic & team player

*

Punctual & reliable

*

You must be a time-served / qualified Electrician

*

Previous domestic or social housing maintenance experience preferred

*

Testing & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential

*

Full UK Driving Licence required

*

CSCS / ECS preferred but not essential
