We are looking for experienced Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Farnham on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or warehouse experience who is comfortable working night shifts.

Working within a busy manufacturing environmentKey Responsibilities
Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
Operating production machinery and equipment
Assembling and preparing products to the required standard
Following production processes and instructions
Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting other areas of the production operation when requiredSkills & Experience
Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is essential
Comfortable working a permanent night shift
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and production procedures
Good team-working skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environmentThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and hands-on, with previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. You will need to be comfortable working nights and able to consistently meet production and quality standards.
