We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Spalding.
This is a hands-on role involving the processing, treatment and packing of seed using specialist equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate seed processing, treatment and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately.
Complete inventory and production tasks using company systems.
Apply products and treatments in accordance with established procedures.
Follow important health and safety procedures and safe systems of work.
Support team members and assist with other duties as required to meet business needs.
Requirements
Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or agricultural environment.
Valid Forklift Licence essential.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Basic computer skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
Agricultural experience would be advantageous.
