About this job

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential construction project in Ludgershall.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works continue safely and efficiently while the permanent Site Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.

Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS and project requirements.

Monitor progress and maintain the construction programme.

Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.

Carry out site inspections and maintain health and safety standards.

Deal with any day-to-day site issues and liaise with the Project Manager where required.

Maintain site records, diaries and relevant project documentation.

Requirements

Previous Site Management experience within residential construction.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.

SMSTS – Essential.

CSCS – Essential.

First Aid – Essential.
