Certain Advantage is partnering with a large organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will take responsibility for constructing two substations and various minor buildings.
 
The Project:

The project is currently in the pre-construction stage.
The scope includes constructing two substations and various minor buildings.
You will focus on the civil works aspects, specifically managing large subcontracts, including groundworks and steel/envelope packages. 
Your Background:

Experience with large subcontract management under NEC3 Option A contracts. 
During the Interview, We May Ask You About:

Experience with the "CEAR" software package for subcontract administration is preferred.
