Data Administrator - Birtley

KES Solutions are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join an established manufacturing business based in Birtley.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-focused Administrator who enjoys working with data and is confident using Microsoft Office. The role will involve supporting the Quality Department with data entry, transferring information between systems, maintaining records and preparing reports.

Full training will be provided, making this a good opportunity for someone with previous administration or data handling experience who is looking to develop their skills within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately entering and transferring data between different systems

* Checking information for accuracy and identifying any missing or incorrect data

* Using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint on a daily basis

* Collating data and preparing reports for review

* Maintaining and organising records and documents

* Monitoring data collection and following up on any missing information

* Supporting the Quality Department with general administration

* Sharing information and data with relevant internal teams

* Working to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

About You

The successful Data Administrator will be:

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Comfortable working with data and carrying out repetitive administrative tasks

* Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

* Able to work accurately when transferring information between systems

* Reliable, proactive and able to manage their own workload

* A good written communicator with the ability to work as part of a team

Previous experience in administration, data entry, data handling or a similar role would be advantageous. Experience within a manufacturing or quality environment is not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements

* Good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint

* Previous administration or data handling experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
