Major Recruitment is excited to partner with a prominent international automotive business with a large Factory in Baildon/Shipley. This industry leader specializes in manufacturing Engine Cooling Systems for Off-Highway Vehicles.
Due to an increase in work load the business is looking for MIG/TIG or CMT Welders to join the factory team on an long term ongoing basis. Commutable from Bradford and West Leeds.

As a Welder, your responsibilities will be:
* Work in a dynamic factory environment.
* Operate advanced machinery and heavy-duty industrial equipment.
* Showcase your exceptional skills in MIG, TIG or CMT Welding
* Demonstrate your expertise in manual handling
* Prioritize safety and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Following plans & manufacturing processes
* Handle potentially heavy items and a variety of tools.
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience of TIG or CMT Welding
* Proficiency in manual handling, with the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
* Strong work ethic, ensuring punctuality and consistent attendance.
* Effective timekeeping
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working hours:
Weekly alternating
Week 1:
Monday-Thursday:6am-2pm, Friday:6am-11:00am
Week 2:.
Monday-Thursday:2pm-10pm, Friday: 11:00am-4:00pm
Pay:
£16.16 per hour
