TEMPORARY Finance Administrator
Location: Richmond |
Office-based 4 days per week | Work from Home Fridays
Salary: £30-£32k
Possibly Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP, ideally early November
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Administrator to join a busy and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised finance professional who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in accuracy and is confident building relationships across the business to ensure processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
Raising and processing invoices using accounting software
Producing and processing credit notes and debit notes
Preparing and issuing account statements
Raising payments through online banking platforms
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring high levels of data accuracy
Reconciling accounts and supporting the wider finance function as required
Chasing internal approvals and resolving queries with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
Supporting month-end activities and general finance administration
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance role
Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Experience raising and processing invoices within an accounting system
Experience producing credit notes, debit notes, and account statements
Confidence using online banking platforms to raise payments
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach and confidence to follow up on outstanding approvals and information
Sage experience would be advantageous
