Matching, batching and coding invoices.
Reconciling supplier statements.
Preparing payment runs.
Resolving supplier queries in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Assisting with month-end processes.
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties.

The successful Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
Previous experience within an Accounts Payable position.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good Excel and finance systems knowledge.
