Hourly rate - £17.17 per hour
Contract length - Initially three months, with opportunities for permanent employment
Location - Central Bristol, fully office-based
Hours - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am-5.00 pm

Tate is supporting a local authority in its search for full-time Customer Service Advisors. You will be based at the Citizen Service Point, a busy service where people from across Bristol seek urgent support with issues that may include homelessness, benefits or domestic or sexual abuse.
This is an extremely busy, high-pressure service, and you will be on your feet for most of the day. Key responsibilities include:
Providing face-to-face support to approximately three to ten customers each day, depending on the complexity of their needs.
Providing support and advice in response to challenging enquiries.
Working effectively with other departments to achieve the best possible outcome for each customer.
Answering telephone enquiries.
