About this job

Join Our Inclusive Nursery Team in Coventry!

Are you passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported to reach their full potential?

Would you love to be part of a fantastic, supportive and enthusiastic team that works collaboratively to create magical, meaningful and memorable experiences for every child, regardless of their individual needs, background or circumstances?

If so, we would love to hear from you!

At our nurseries in Coventry, we are committed to providing high-quality early years care and education in a welcoming environment where every child belongs, every achievement is celebrated and every individual is encouraged to thrive.
We recognise that every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests and learning needs. Our team works closely with families and relevant professionals to promote children's learning, development, wellbeing and inclusion, ensuring that all children have opportunities to participate, explore, build relationships and achieve their full potential.

We also believe that a happy, confident and well-supported team is essential to providing exceptional care. That's why we value teamwork, celebrate success and encourage ongoing professional development, giving our staff opportunities to develop their skills, grow in confidence and progress in their careers.

Our vision is simple: limitless possibilities for every child and every member of our team.
What We're Looking For

* Be ambitious and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children's lives.
* Have high aspirations for every child, recognising and celebrating individual strengths, abilities, interests and achievements.
* Champion inclusion and equality, ensuring that children with additional needs, disabilities or vulnerabilities are welcomed, respected and supported to participate fully.
* Be committed to professional learning and development, reflecting on practice and embracing opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and skills.
* Contribute to high-quality early years provision, creating engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and families, building positive relationships based on trust, respect and effective communication.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, helping children feel secure, develop confidence and build positive relationships.
* Be dedicated to safeguarding, understanding their responsibility to protect children from harm, follow nursery policies and procedures, and report concerns promptly.
* Help create a positive team culture, where kindness, respect, professionalism and a shared commitment to children's best interests underpin everything we do.

Why Join Our Team?

If you share our commitment to inclusive practice, exceptional childcare and giving every child the best possible start in life, we would love you to become part of our team.
Together, we can create a nursery environment where children feel they belong, families feel confident and supported, and staff feel valued, encouraged and inspired to make a difference every day.
