JOB TITLE: Corporate Receptionist
LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent
SALARY: £13ph
TERM: Temporary
HOURS: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this successful multi-site business in recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist. Their modern offices are based in Maidstone, close to the M20 with free parking onsite. This is a temporary role starting immediately, however they are also recruiting permanently so this could lead to something longer term.
The duties in your new role would be:
Based on a corporate reception desk
Acting as the first point of contact for clients
Meeting and greeting in a highly professional manner
Answering calls to the office switchboard
Administration support for the team as needed
Helping to arrange and set up client lunches
Topping up kitchen and stationery supplies
Making refreshments, room bookings and helping staff when needed
Postal and filing dutiesWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
