We are currently recruiting Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout Leicester and Leicestershire. Whether you're seeking flexible day-to-day supply work, a fixed-term position, or a long-term opportunity, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.
The Role
Supporting pupils in the classroom to maximise learning and engagement
Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality educational support
Providing one-to-one and small group interventions where required
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Previous experience working within a school setting
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant, Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or HLTA qualification
A positive, proactive and professional approach
Strong communication and classroom support skills
Desirable
We would also welcome applications from candidates with:
SEN qualifications or specialist training
Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
Behaviour support experience
Experience working across a range of age groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
