We are currently recruiting for a Gas Administrator to join a busy Social Housing team based in West London on an initial 16-week temporary contract.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the gas and compliance team, helping to ensure works are scheduled, records are maintained and customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Gas/Compliance team
Assist with scheduling and coordinating gas servicing and maintenance works
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Liaise with contractors, engineers, residents and internal teams
Monitor outstanding works and follow up where required
Assist with compliance documentation and reporting
Handle general queries and provide excellent customer service
Support the team with spreadsheets, reports and other administrative tasks

About You

Previous administrative experience within Social Housing is required
Experience within Gas, Repairs, Maintenance or Compliance would be highly desirable
Competent using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Capable of using your own initiative
