Warehouse Operaative

We have an exciting opportunity for a  Warehouse Operative based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time temp to perm  basis. 

 Summary of the Warehouse Operative role 

Salary: £12.71 per hour 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hour working week – Monday– Thursday – 8.30am-5.30pm Friday – 8am– 5pm

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative

Picking and packing products ready for dispatch
General production duties
Housekeeping duties – keeping your work area clean and tidy
Meet dispatch deadlines and targets
Put away correctly and locate stock
Maintain filing systems for despatch paperwork
Carrying out periodic zone, location and inventory checks
Adjust company computer-based records as and when needed
Assist in any investigations and resolutions of stock count discrepancies
Requirements for a successful Warehouse Operative

Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
 Previous picking and packing experience
Team player
Attention to detail
