Blue Arrow are recruiting for a receptionist to work in a corporate office.

Working in Watford, Rickmansworth.

Paying £15.87 per hour.

Part time shifts considered.

As a Receptionist you will:

· Greet and welcome people into the building

· Show guests to meeting or waiting rooms

· Basic admin duties

· Manage diaries and meeting rooms appointments

· Answer and transfer incoming phone calls

· Sort post, accept external mail and parcels, and record deliveries

· Maintain a professional and tidy desk and reception area

· Create processes and methods to maintain and improve an effective and efficient way of dealing with your day-to-day tasks

· Have a personable, polite and reassuring manner
