Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to join a growing team based in Ilminster.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative, Industrial Cleaner, Food Production Hygiene Operative or Cleaning Operative who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety within a busy production environment.
What We Offer
£15.37 per hour.
£50 overtime bonus.
Night shift working Monday to Thursday, 6:30pm-4am.

Key Duties
Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitising of production and packing areas.
Wash down production machinery and equipment in line with hygiene and food safety procedures.
Clean drains, floors, walls and other designated areas to maintain site cleanliness.
Operate power washers and other cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene standards and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Ensure equipment, machinery and workspaces meet the required hygiene standards before production resumes.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to support operational requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
Confidence working with cleaning chemicals and power washing equipment.
Good communication skills.
Reliable approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience within hygiene, industrial cleaning or food production environments is desirable but not essential.
