Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Packer & Grader Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Ilminster.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives, Packing Operatives, Food Production Operatives, Quality Operatives, or Packer & Grader Operatives looking for flexible night shift work within a fast-paced food production environment.
What We Offer
£14.96 per hour.
£50 overtime bonus.
Ad-hoc night shifts.
Monday to Thursday, 6:30pm-4am.
Weekly pay.

Opportunity to gain experience within a busy warehouse and food production setting.
Key Duties
Inspect and grade potatoes, removing products that do not meet quality standards.
Follow photographic grading guides to ensure product consistency and quality.
Identify and report any foreign bodies found on the grading line.
Carefully pack potatoes to ensure products reach customers in excellent condition.
Monitor product quality throughout the packing process.
Report damaged packaging, open seals, or quality concerns to the Machine Operator.
Ensure the correct number of bags are packed into trays or MUs and stacked correctly on pallets.
Accurately label products to prevent customer issues and product returns.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food quality procedures.
Requirements
