Temporary PA

Temporary PA - 5th to 9th October
Pulborough | £15.00 per hour

We're looking for a reliable, organised Temporary PA to provide cover from 5th to 9th October. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone with previous PA experience who can confidently manage a busy workload. Due to the location, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Key duties:

Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
Coordinating schedules and making arrangements as required
Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
Preparing documents, correspondence and meeting materials
Organising and maintaining records and filing
Providing general administrative and PA support
Assisting with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office Availability for the dates above is essential, along with the ability to attend a handover on 30th September. If this sounds like you, apply today!
