The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Create a calm, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND
Use assessment effectively to track progress and raise attainment
Promote a love of reading, writing and communication
Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student success

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS (or equivalent)
Has experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3–KS4)
Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities
Maintains high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
Is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives
