Cleaning Operative

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Pay frequency: Weekly

Hours: Flexible shifts between 07:00 and 20:00

Working days: The site operates 7 days a week, Monday to Friday

Availability: Minimum 3–5 days per week required

Role Overview

* We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team

* The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and staff.

* The role will involve both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties across the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

* Clean and maintain communal areas, walkways and facilities to a high standard.

* Clean toilets, washrooms and other customer facilities.

* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

* Clean floors, surfaces, glass and other areas as required.

* Carry out regular cleaning throughout the day to maintain presentation standards.

* Undertake outdoor cleaning, including:

* Sweeping walkways and external areas.

* Litter picking and emptying outdoor bins.

* Keeping entrances, paths and customer areas clean and presentable.

* Assisting with general outdoor housekeeping duties.

* Follow all cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and company standards.

* Report any maintenance issues, hazards or damage to the appropriate manager.

* Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.
