Your Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring learning continues when teachers are absent. You will:
* Lead lessons using pre-prepared teaching materials
* Maintain a positive, focused, and engaging classroom environment
* Support students in completing tasks and achieving learning objectives
* Manage behaviour confidently and professionally
* Ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects
* Build positive relationships with students and staff

* Design & Technology
* ICT / Computer Science
* Physical Education
* Art & Performing Arts

Experience & Qualifications
We welcome applicants with:
* Experience working with young people in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, or similar settings
* A degree or strong academic background (preferred but not essential)
* Safeguarding training (desirable, but training can be provided)
What You'll Need
* Right to Work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Two recent professional references
