Fabric Engineer

An experienced Fabric Engineer is required for a temporary facilities management assignment in Greater London. You'll provide hands-on building fabric maintenance, completing planned and reactive tasks across the site.

This role suits a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with practical experience across PPMs, general repairs, painting, decorating and carpentry.

The Role
 
As the Fabric Engineer, you'll:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance across building fabric.
Complete general repairs and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Undertake painting and decorating works as required.
Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
Support the effective delivery of fabric maintenance across the site. About You
 
To be successful as the Fabric Engineer, you'll have:

Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role.
Practical experience completing building fabric PPMs.
Strong general repairs and maintenance capabilities.
Experience carrying out painting and decorating works.
Carpentry and basic joinery repair experience. What's in it for You?
