Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for 4 x Painters & Decorators to begin work for a well-established company across the Birmingham area.
About the role:
* Working Hours – 08:00am – 4:30pm
* Pay Rate – £180-£200 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE
* Working across social housing, domestic properties, hotels, kitchens and bathrooms
* Large ongoing Birmingham programme, including Birmingham Council / social housing works
* Projects include approximately 20 kitchens per week, alongside bathroom and other refurbishment works
* Expected output of approximately 1 property / job per painter per day, depending on the works required
* General preparation and painting/decorating of kitchens, bathrooms and occupied/void properties
* Long-term work available for the right candidates
* Start: Monday / ASAP
* Candidates must be available to complete and sign required forms ASAP before starting, or first thing Monday morning before commencing work
About You:
* Experienced Painter & Decorator
* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* Previous social housing / refurbishment experience preferred
* Valid CSCS Card – Required
* Asbestos Awareness – IATP or UKATA – Required
* Manual Handling Certificate – Required
* Working at Height Certificate – Required
* Must be able to provide clear photographs of all certificates/cards
* Must provide front of CSCS card
* Must provide emergency contact details
* Able to work efficiently while maintaining a good standard of finish
