The Role
As a School Chef, you will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for pupils and staff
Managing kitchen operations during service
Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
This role suits chefs who take pride in delivering high-quality food while working within a consistent routine.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
Experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
A Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, or willingness to obtain one
Enhanced Child DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one
A reliable, calm, and professional approach to work
