HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll, learning, and HR systems management? This is your opportunity to support a dynamic international organisation during an 18-month maternity cover.

HR Advisor Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Coordinating payroll processes, liaising with external providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Supporting employee learning and development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
Managing performance review cycles and supporting talent development strategies.
Overseeing HR systems administration, including updates to HRIS platforms and learning management systems.
Generating reports and providing insights to senior stakeholders to inform HR decision-making.
Ensuring HR procedures are compliant with policies and regulations.
Supporting broader HR projects aimed at process improvement and automation.
HR Advisor Rewards

Up to £36,(Apply online only) depending on experience.
25 days holiday per annum, plus three days between Christmas and New Year.

HR Advisor Experience Essentials

Previous HR or payroll experience.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms or learning management systems, with a proactive approach to system improvement.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate insightful reports.
Excellence in communication and stakeholder management.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take ownership of HR processes.
Location

Based in Oxford with free onsite parking, this role offers hybrid working options with a mix of home-working and in-office days.
