We are recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a highly successful school in East London. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students' personal development, wellbeing and engagement with education.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for students requiring additional behavioural guidance

Build positive relationships with students to improve engagement and attendance

Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies

Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and parents to support student progress

Promote positive attitudes towards learning and personal development

Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with young people in an educational, youth work or mentoring setting

Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Calm, resilient and proactive approach

Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs is advantageous
