The Role:
Travail Employment Group are proud to be representing their client in their search for a Production Operator due to continued expansion. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, working within a small team to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
Accurately record production data and report any issues.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
