Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a leading UK-based financial services company. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Payroll Manager, assisting with the accurate and timely administration of the payroll process while ensuring a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
What you'll do:
Provide quality and timely support for payroll and benefits administration activities across UK.
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, HR, Finance and external providers in a timely manner.
Support the Benefits & Compensation Manager in administration of the Flexible Benefits programme, including new joiner enrolments and ongoing monthly administration.
Maintain accurate records and administration of Season Ticket Loans and other employee loans where applicable.
Deliver a high-quality, professional and customer-focused service to employees, colleagues and external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality of payroll, benefits and employee information at all times.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities appropriate to the role as required.
Who You Are:
Previous UK payroll administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
