Description
As the Interim Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
Oversee cash flow and budgeting to support operational needs.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making.
Work closely with external auditors during audits.
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks as required.Profile
In order to be considered for the Interim Financial Controller role, you should have:
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
A professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and software.
The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.Job Offer
