Key Duties
Pack products to customer specifications while carrying out quality checks.
Ensure colour standards are met throughout the production process.
Measure and record products accurately.
Use track and trace scanning systems to maintain product traceability.
Monitor production machinery and respond to basic machine alarms.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and complete effective shift handovers.
Requirements
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Must not be colour blind due to the colour-critical nature of the role (colour test completed at interview).
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
Previous production, manufacturing, factory, or machine operating experience is desirable but not essential.
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Rotating Shift Pattern
Week 1: 6am-2pm.
Week 2: 2pm-10pm.
Week 3: 10pm-6am.
