SEND Teacher - Secondary SEN School SE7, South East London Long-Term Position
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Secondary SEN School in the SE7 area.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
The Role:
Full-time, long-term position
Teaching students aged 11-19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with SEND pupils, particularly within a secondary setting
Strong classroom management skills
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Must have Child and Adult DBS
