Location: Cramlington
Job Type: Temporary Cover - 2 Days
Dates: 21st & 22nd September 2026
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: £14.25 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Cover Receptionist to support our client in Cramlington for two days.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable, organised and hardworking receptionist who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and signing in visitors
Providing efficient administrative support to the wider team
Identifying and responding to visitors' and clients' requirements
Liaising with customers and clients both face-to-face and over the phone
Supporting the wider administration team as required
Managing the calendar and scheduling meetings
Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional reception area

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills
Reliable and punctual
Professional and confident communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentInterested?
