Location: East Dulwich, Southeast London
Contract: Maternity Cover
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £14.25–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience
 
Horizon Teachers are recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Southwark on a maternity cover basis.
 
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of the school, ensuring records, correspondence and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Managing pupil records, data entry and general school administration
Supporting attendance monitoring and maintaining accurate records
Preparing letters, emails, documents and school correspondence
Providing administrative support to senior leaders and wider school staff
Assisting with telephone, parent and visitor enquiries when requiredRequirements

Previous administrative experience within a school environment
Previous experience using a school management system such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom
Strong IT, communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
