School Administrator & Attendance Officer

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a Secondary School in Sheffield to appoint a School Administrator and Attendance Officer. The role will involve using SIMS to support the school admin team with the general day to day running of school, with a focus on attendance related issues. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on attendance data, working closely with various stakeholders in school. You will be providing effective and confidential admin support to senior leaders in school.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within a school and using SIMS or similar school systems
- Previous experience of handling and reporting attendance data
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling confidential data
- Accurate data management skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work under direction as well as using own initiative
