Receptionist About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Receptionist to provide temporary front-of-house cover for our client based in Preston Brook.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities
Managing the reception area and providing a professional first impression
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Greeting visitors and managing the sign-in/sign-out process
Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Completing administrative paperwork and forwarding information to the Technical Department
Processing outgoing mail using the franking machine and TNT courier services
General administrative support as required
Receptionist Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Customer Service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Confident working independently and using initiative
Professional, friendly and approachable manner
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, flexible and able to start work immediately
