Saw Operative - Patchway (BS34) - Weekends
Pay: £25.34 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Saturday & Sunday - 6am-6pm
Location: Patchway, Bristol (BS34)
Training Pay: £15.90 per hour (first 3-4 weeks, Mon-Fri)

Role Overview of Saw Operative:
We're recruiting an experienced Saw Operative for a leading commercial and aerospace manufacturing business in Patchway (BS34). This is a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering outstanding pay, stability and genuine career progression. If you have experience operating band saws, circular saws, or bar saws, this is an excellent chance to join a growing and supportive team.
You will complete an initial 3-4 week training period, Monday to Friday, paid at £15.90 per hour, before moving onto weekend shifts at the weekend rate.
Key Responsibilities of Saw Operative:
Operating saws to cut metal materials to precise customer specifications
Using band saws, with circular saw or bar saw experience welcomed
Carrying out general warehouse and production duties
Ensuring accuracy, quality and safe working practices at all times
Requirements of Saw Operative:
Previous experience operating saws (metal cutting preferred)
Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, hardworking and able to work weekend shifts
