About the Role

Looking to take the next step in your Early Years career?

Destination Education is currently working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools and early years settings, and we are expecting a variety of Nursery Practitioner opportunities to become available.

These roles are ideal for passionate Early Years professionals who enjoy creating engaging learning experiences and helping young children develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.

You will work closely with the teaching team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

For these positions, candidates will be required to hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate or relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Support the learning and development of children within a nursery and early years environment.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Support children's communication, social, emotional, and physical development.
Observe and monitor children's progress and development.
Work closely with teachers and the wider early years team.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.
Maintain strong relationships with children, staff, and parents where appropriate.The Ideal Candidate

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate or relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Has experience working with children within a nursery, early years, or primary school setting.
Has a genuine passion for Early Years education and child development.
Is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working as part of a team.
Is committed to creating a positive and engaging environment for young children.What Destination Education Offers
