Salary: £110 - £130 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an SEMH school based in Solihull, supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs and complex behavioural needs. The school provides a supportive environment where building positive relationships with students, families and visitors is an important part of everyday school life.
The school is looking to take on a School Administrator on a long-term temporary basis, working Monday to Friday from 8am - 4pm, with the potential to become permanent for the right School Administrator. The successful School Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the school office, communicating professionally with students, parents and visitors while providing an approachable and welcoming first point of contact.
The successful School Administrator will have:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting
Experience communicating confidently with young people, parents and professionals
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
A friendly and professional telephone manner
The ability to build rapport with young people with SEMH and complex behavioural needs
A calm, approachable and professional attitude
