Are you an experienced Customer Service Administrator looking for your next role?
We are recruiting on behalf of a busy and growing business in Southend for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, solving problems and providing first-class administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders and updating records
Managing customer information accurately on internal systems
Resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary
General administration and office support duties
Requirements:
Previous customer service and administration experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
