7.5 Tonne Drivers – Nottingham

Pertemps is working in partnership with Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit experienced 7.5t and Class 2 Drivers to join their team in Nottingham/Derby.
We have immediate start opportunities available for reliable and experienced drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for Night work 01:00 - 03:30 start times, we are looking for drivers that can work between the two sites Nottingham and Derby.
The Role
As a 7.5t and Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering and collecting mail and parcels from distribution centres
Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles, including light handball duties
Providing a professional and reliable service at all times
Shift Availability
Drivers must be available to cover shifts between:
Night shifts 01:00 - 03:30
Day shifts 12:00This is a 7-day operation, with positions available for drivers seeking for full time.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of 1 year's experience driving 7.5t and class 2
A valid Driver CPC qualification
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
A reliable and professional approach to work
