Location: Exeter
Hours: 6:00pm to finish (approximately 2:00am) OR 8:00pm to finish (approximately 4:00am), Monday to Friday
Pay: £12.71 per hour plus weekly performance bonus

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Topsham. This role involves working in chilled and freezer environments and requires individuals comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Operative

Picking and packing meat products in chilled and freezer conditions
Achieving pick-rate targets whilst maintaining accuracy
Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed
Collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team environment
Pay & Benefits 

£12.71 per hour
Weekly performance bonuses ranging from £25 to £50, based on attendance, pick rate, and overall performance
Monday to Friday shifts only, with the option to take on additional hours

Requirements

Ability to work in chilled and freezer environments
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
