Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised, one-to-one tuition in Maths and English at GCSE level.
Create engaging and adaptive lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
Build a supportive and motivational learning environment that fosters academic growth.
Tailor teaching methods to support students with SEN, ensuring inclusivity and understanding.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in Maths and English at GCSE level.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
Desired Qualities
PGCE in Maths or English or QTS status.
Experience working with SEN children, using a compassionate and flexible approach to meet their needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and families.
