We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused individual to help shape a vibrant, supportive, and welcoming community for the residents.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the onsite team, you’ll play a vital role in making the community feel like home.
Deliver outstanding front‑of‑house service, anticipating resident needs and exceeding expectations.
Build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
Support and participate in community events that make the property a memorable place to live.
Manage administrative tasks including maintenance logging, database updates, tenancy paperwork, and notices.
Carry out viewings, follow up on enquiries, and support sales and leasing activities to drive occupancy.
Help with move‑ins and move‑outs.
Respond professionally and positively to questions or concerns.
Assist with rent arrears processes and ensure timely tenant refund handling.
What You Bring

Have excellent customer service experience in a front‑facing role.
Are a natural team player with strong relationship‑building skills.
Can work independently and take initiative when needed.
Communicate clearly and confidently.
Are organised, detail‑driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Are confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
Bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a passion for delivering a standout resident experience.
